25 ml Absente | Absinthe Refined

20 ml Green apple juice (Granny Smith)

20 mll Lime juice

10 ml Sugar syrup

Mix the ingredients in the shaker and serve in the chilled glass.

1 ½ oz Cognac

3 Dashes peychaud’s bitters

Add crushed ice to an old fashioned glass and set aside. Stir ingredients with ice and set aside. Discard ice from old fashioned glass, then strain the cocktail ingredients into it. Fresh ice can be used or it can be served up. Garnish with a citrus peel.

Shake ingredients together and strain them into a cocktail glass.

Shake ingredients together, strain into a Coupe glass served up with an orange peel.

¼ oz Simple syrup

¾ oz Lemon juice

3 Dashes orange flower water

Shake ingredients with ice, strain and serve over pebble ice with a cherry.

Pour over ice and stir.
