1 1/2 Oz Cirka Terroir

3/4 Oz Orgeat Syrup

3/4 Oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1 Egg White

Homemade Strawberry Water* (1 Strawberry: 1 Water, blending with enzymes and filtered) : 90 ml

We blend strawberries and water together (1:1 strawberry to water) then we add in an enzyme called Pentinex which is a natural chemical to break down the solids from the strawberry and finally we filter to produce a clear strawberry water. 50 ml of Champagne

25 ml of Raspberry liquor

50 ml Vodka

Mix all the ingredients in a shaker and serve in a Champagne cup.

25 ml Strawberry liquor

20 ml Yellow Lemon juice

10 ml Green lemon juice

TBSP Egg white

10 ml Sugar syrup

In a shaker, mix all the ingredients and serve in a cold glass.

1 ounce Coffee liqueur

1 ounce Absente La Crème

In a rocks glass, combine all 3 ingredients. Swirl, sip and savor.

15 ml of Absente

60 ml of Vodka

30 ml of Sparkling water

4 Slices of lime

4 Slices of cucumber

Some fresh mint leaves

Ice cubes

Mix the cucumber and lime slices with the mint leaves. Add the ice cubes, vodka and Absente. Complete with the sparkling water.

4 cl of Cognac-infused vodka

3 cl of Vodka

1.5 cl of Orange essential oil-infused syrup

1.5 cl of Pressed orange juice

30 ml Absente

30 ml Bourbon

175 ml Tomato juice

1 teaspoon Tabasco hot sauce

1 teaspoon Tapatío Hot Sauce

1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice

Pinch of salt and pepper

Cayenne powder for rim

Take a Collins glass add Tapatío to edge of the glass, then rim with cayenne. In a cocktail shaker add ice and ingredients. Shake well, then strain into prepared Collins glass. Garnish as desired. By: Edward Herrschaft (Elizabeth, New Jersey)
