Tom Collins Tom Collins Ingredients 2 oz Magellan Gin 1 oz lemon juice ½ oz simple syrup Club soda Add all ingredients except club soda to a Collins glass with ice, then top with club soda and stir. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Magellan Martini Magellan Martini Ingredients 2 ½ oz Magellan Gin ½ oz Dry Vermouth 1 Dash Orange Bitters Olive juice if desired Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until very cold, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with 3 olives for good luck.
