Add all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled and for dilution - about 1 minute. Strain into a seductive Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a floral lemon twist. @ebbydranks
Mist or rinse a chilled cocktail glass with Absinthe, discarding any excess. Return the prepared glass to be chilled. Combine all remaining ingredients save the garnish in a cocktail shaker tin and dry shake for 20+ seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 15 seconds. In a shaker, combine all ingredients except for absinthe. Add ice and shake for 20 seconds until chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass washed with absinthe. Garnish with rosemary and grapefruit peel. By: @cocktailswithcorinne
Spray the inside of a chilled cocktail glass with absinthe and set aside. Add the tarragon leaves to the bottom of a shaker and very gently muddle just to bruise the leaves.
