The Hipster Elixir
Shake all ingredients in a shaker over ice. Double Strain over a large cube and garnish with an Orange peel. *for the carrot infused vodka: 1 cup vodka, 1 cup chopped raw carrots. Let infusion sit for 1-2 weeks at room temperature, shaking once a day. Double strain into a mason jar and store in the fridge for cocktail making! By: @boozy_bartender
What the DUCK?!
Spray your glass with absinthe and set aside. Meanwhile, build your cocktail by adding the rest of the liquid ingredients in a shaking tin over ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled and strain into your coupe. For your Absinthe & Vanilla foam: add egg whites, vanilla syrup and 1 barspoon of Absinthe into a shaker and dry shake until whipped and foamy.
