Ingredients

1 oz Rhum Barbancourt Réserve Spéciale (5 Star), Aged 8 Years

1 oz lime juice

¼ oz simple syrup

3 fresh mint leaves

Splash of club soda

2 drops of Angostura bitters

Muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup in a glass, add 1 big rock of ice, then add the Rhum Barbancourt 5 Star and lime juice. Complete the cocktail with club soda and Angostura bitters.

1 ½ oz Rhum Barbancourt Réserve Spéciale (5 Star), Aged 8 Years

1 oz orange liqueur

1 oz butterscotch liqueur

4 oz hot apple cider

Pour the first three ingredients in a mug and add the hot cider. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a star anise.

2 oz Rhum Barbancourt Réserve Spéciale (5 Star), Aged 8 Years

2 dashes Angostura bitters

1 splash water

1 tsp sugar

Mix sugar, water and bitters in an old fashioned glass. Drop in a cherry and an orange wedge. Muddle into a paste using a muddler or the back end of a spoon. Pour in rum, fill with ice cubes, and stir.

½ oz falernum

2 dashes of orange bitters

3 whole kumquats

Muddle fresh kumquats, falernum, and orange bitters in a shaker then add Rhum Barbancourt 5 Star and ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with lime zest.

¾ oz Rhum Barbancourt Réserve Spéciale (5 Star), Aged 8 Years

¾ oz brandy

2 tsp lime juice

2 tsp raspberry juice

Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into a chilled martini or cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

2 ½ oz Rhum Barbancourt Réserve Spéciale (5 Star), Aged 8 Years

½ oz orange liqueur

1 barspoon honey

1 slice orange

1 black cherry (pitted)

In an old fashioned glass, muddle the fruits with the orange liqueur and honey. Add in three large ice cubes and pour in Rhum Barbancourt 5 Star. Stir and serve.

½ tsp simple syrup

Combine all ingredients except champagne with ice in a shaker and shake well. Strain into a chilled glass then fill with champagne.

3 oz Rhum Barbancourt Réserve Spéciale (5 Star), Aged 8 Years

¼ oz cinnamon schnapps

¾ oz falernum

1 dash of Angostura bitters

1 drop of agave nectar

Place all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a martini glass, then garnish with a stick of cinnamon and orange zest.
