Muddle 2 lime wedges and freshly chopped mint in a highball glass. Add ice, 1 oz. of Absente Absinthe, 1 oz. of Rhum Barbancourt, a splash of simple syrup, and top it off with soda water.

5 Star Old Fashioned
Mix sugar, water and bitters in an old fashioned glass. Drop in a cherry and an orange wedge. Muddle into a paste using a muddler or the back end of a spoon. Pour in rum, fill with ice cubes, and stir.
