Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Barbancourt White Rhum

1 1/2 oz Rockey’s Liqueur

1 oz Pineapple

1/2 oz Ginger Syrup

Shake and pour with ice into a highball glass. Fill with fresh ice, and finish with lots of Angostura Bitters. Garnish with a lime wheel, cherry, and fresh mint. By: Eamon Rockey

1 oz Rhum Barbancourt White

1 oz lime juice

½ oz simple syrup

3 fresh mint leaves

Splash of club soda

2 drops of Angostura bitters

Muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup in a glass, add crushed ice, then add the Rhum Barbancourt White Rhum and lime juice. Complete the cocktail with club soda and Angostura bitters.

1 ⅓ oz Rhum Barbancourt White

⅓ oz tangerine liqueur

⅓ oz raspberry liqueur

Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass half filled with ice, shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.

2 oz Rhum Barbancourt White

1 oz lemon juice

1 dash hot sauce

1 dash Worcestershire sauce

½ oz beef bouillon

Dash of salt

Dash of black pepper

Lemon slice

In a shaker filled with ice, add the Rhum Barbancourt White Rhume, beef bouillon, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper and shake well. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and garnish with the slice of lemon. A unique Haitian version of the bloody mary.

1 oz Rhum Barbancourt Réserve Spéciale (5 Star), Aged 8 Years

1 oz orange liqueur

1 oz lemon juice

Combine ingredients in a shaker with cracked ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

2 oz Rhum Barbancourt White

½ oz raspberry liquor

½ oz strawberry syrup

½ oz lemon juice

1 ½ oz club soda

Pour all ingredients except club soda in a shaker, mix well then pour in a hurricane glass and top with club soda.

½ oz Rhum Barbancourt White

1 ½ oz amarula liqueur

¾ oz coconut cream

3 oz pineapple juice

¼ oz of orange blossom water

Frost the rim of a highball glass with cinnamon. In a shaker filled with ice add all ingredients and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain the contents of the shaker into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice.

½ oz passion fruit juice

½ oz lime juice

Fill a glass with ice. Pour ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
