Rhum Barbancourt White Rhum
Muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup in a glass, add crushed ice, then add the Rhum Barbancourt White Rhum and lime juice. Complete the cocktail with club soda and Angostura bitters.
Creole Bloody Mary
In a shaker filled with ice, add the Rhum Barbancourt White Rhume, beef bouillon, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper and shake well. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and garnish with the slice of lemon. A unique Haitian version of the bloody mary.
Frost the rim of a highball glass with cinnamon. In a shaker filled with ice add all ingredients and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain the contents of the shaker into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice.
