Ingredients

½ oz Pastis Henri Bardouin

½ bar-spoon Grand Absente

2oz Magellan Gin

1oz Cointreau

1oz Lemon Juice

1.5oz/45ml Père Magloire Calvados VS

0.5oz/15ml Clear Creek Douglas Fir Eau-de-vie

Lemon twist, to garnish

Stir all ingredients together and strain into a Wayne rocks glass over a big piece of ice. Garnish with the lemon twist. By: @denisgor

0.25 oz Pastis Henri Bardouin

1 oz rye whiskey

1 oz Cognac

1 barspoon simple syrup

3 dashes Peychauds bitters

Stir all but the Pastis with ice until we’ll chilled. Rinse your cold heavy-bottom rocks glass with the pastis and discard. Strain your drink into the glass WITHOUT ice. Garnish with a lemon peel, but don’t put it in the drink! By: @in_time_for_cocktails

0.67 oz almond orgeat

4 oz chilled water

Build the cocktail in a highball glass with ice and stir. You can dilute to your liking, but I thought 4 oz cold water was perfect. Garnish with a star anise. By: @In_time_for_cocktails

0.75 ounce Henri Bardouin Pastis

0.75 ounce dry orange liqueur

1 ounce grenadine

1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

Add the Pastis, orange liqueur, grenadine, and fresh lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with dried blood orange wheel.

1.5oz/45ml Clairin Sajous

0.5oz/15ml Velier Forsyths WP 502 Jamaican rum

0.75oz/22.5ml Orgeat

1oz/30ml Lime juice

2 dashes Rosewater

Dehydrated lime, to garnish

Shake all ingredients and strain over a big rock. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel. By: @denisgor
