¾ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

¾ oz Blue cotton candy syrup (cotton candy + hot water)

1 egg white

6 Leaves of Mint

1 oz Lime juice

0.25 oz Plum Brandy

1 drop Bittermens Boston Bittahs

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with orange and lemon zest.
