½ oz Grande Absente | Absinthe Originale

1 ½ oz Gin

½ oz Licor 43

¾ oz Spicy passion fruit syrup

¾ oz Lemon juice

Shake with ice, strain and serve up. Garnish with a star anise.

1 oz Apple vodka

3 oz Ginger ale

2 oz Energy drink

¾ Cup heavy cream

6 Egg whites

2 tbs Powdered sugar

3 Cups crushed ice

Blend Grande Absente, creams, egg whites, and sugar in a pitcher; refrigerate until ready to use. Pour half of mixture into blender. Add 1 ½ cups crushed ice and blend at highest speed until frothy and smooth (about 30 seconds). Pour into chilled goblets. Repeat this with the remaining mixture and ice. Sprinkle each serving with nutmeg and serve.

1 oz Heavy cream

Place all ingredients in a blender with ice for 30 seconds and serve in an ice-cold glass.

Stir ingredients and pour over crushed ice in a deep-saucer champagne glass. Garnish with a lime slice

Lime wedges

Muddle lime wedges and mint in a highball glass. Add ice, Absente, a splash of simple syrup and lime juice, and top it off with soda water. Add a few mint leaves for garnish, mix, and enjoy!
