Ingredients

1 oz of Gin XII

1/2 oz of Absinthe Absente Refined

1/2 oz of Colombo Orange

1/z oz of freshly squeezed organic lemon juice

1 oz of freshly squeezed organic orange juice

1 turn of Kampot pepper mill

1/2 bar spoon of honey with orange blossom

3 drops of natural orange blossom extract

1 orange zest twist for decoration

Glass Style: Old-Fashioned / Rock. Filter through a pure ice cube. Shake (10s) & Double Filtration.

½ oz Gin XII

1 ½ oz Rinquinquin

½ oz roses syrup

½ oz lime juice

Sparkling water
