1oz Rhum Barbancourt 3 Star

1oz aged demerara rum

.5oz dry curaçao

.5oz falernum

.25 oz allspice dram

1oz lime

.5oz honey syrup

3 dashes Angostura bitters

Garnish: three cherries and a pineapple chunk on a Surfside Sips bone pick, pineapple fronds, dehydrated pineapple wheel, Surfside Sips 8” bone tiki bamboo straw. Method: add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add 6 ounces of pebble ice, shake for 8-10 seconds, strain into glass with fresh pebble ice, garnish, sip. By: @turnstylepoet

1oz falernum

2 dashes @bittercube cherry bark vanilla

1 Lemon wedge

2 Lime wedges

.5 oz Mango mixer

.5 oz Simple syrup

Top with Ginger beer

Put your lemon and lime wedges into your shaker with the mango mixer and muddle it up. Pour in your simple syrup and rhum, toss it around and pour into a nice old fashioned glass with a big ice cube. By: @robbythebartender

1\4 oz Absinthe Grande Absente

1 oz Raspberry liqueur

1 oz Lime Juice

1\2 oz Berry shrub

Splash of club soda

Ingredients

1 cup of Rhum Barbancourt 4 Years 3 Star

1 Can of Evaporated Milk

2 Cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 Can Cream of Coconut

1 Teaspoon Grated Nutmeg

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon Anise Star Extract

1 Teaspoon Almond Extract

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 Teaspoon Lime Juice

On a medium to high flame bring your anise, cinnamon and evaporated milk to a slight boil in a small saucepan; turn flame off immediately as it begins to boil. Discard anise and cinnamon, set aside and let cool. In a blender add all the ingredients and blend until well combined. Pour mixture into a glass and it is ready to drink.
