PIX 11 NEWS – Cuisine of the Caribbean – Rhum Barbancourt/Pango Rhum Here‘s a segment that aired today on PIX11 (tag) that celebrated Cuisines of the Caibbean. Chef Dave Rodney featured a Rhum Punch made with Homemade Ginger Drinks mixed with Barbancourt Pango Rhum and garnished with strawberries on top. Recipe: Dave’s Pango Punch Pour a shot of Barbancourt Pango over ice. Then add equal part of ginger punch or ginger beer. Stir. Add a twist of lime. Garnish with strawberries or a chunk of pineapple or cherries and serve.
